Mr. Fuentes has over 10 years of investigation experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Baruch College. Mr. Fuentes is trained in conducting construction site investigations, performing accident scene reconstruction, all facets of workers compensation investigations, complex inter-state trucking accidents, automobile collision and personal injury claims. He is also skilled at utilizing proficient interviewing techniques to obtain statements and perform background investigations.

As a former insurance claims examiner, Mr. Fuentes handled personal injury matters and property damage claims. In addition, he prepared litigation files for trial and represented insurance carriers, pro se, for arbitration cases. He is presently a Casualty Manager, overseeing multi-faceted, complex claims.
